My Yoga & Pilates Teaching Schedule

I know it sounds like I teach a lot if you just listen to my social media streams, but I realize I’ve never specifically said what I’m teaching and where here on the blog. Here’s the scoop.

Pilates

If you work in downtown Milwaukee, I have the place for you to go for lunch on Mondays – the Downtown Wisconsin Athletic Club! My 45 minute class is a perfect bite-sized class for a mid-day workout. We work hard, but you won’t get sweaty gross. (Yes, you can in fact get a good workout without ending up in a wet pile of nasty.) Class is from 12:15 – 1 pm.

I do have free passes for this gym if you’d like to give it a whirl.

Yoga

For the month of July, I have a great place for you to start your day should you find yourself with a Friday off… You can join me for a level 1/2 yoga class at the North Shore Wisconsin Athletic Club at 10:30. This one hour class will be a great strength workout, but we’ll really focus on recovery stretching/flexibility for all of your other summer activities, such as golf, running, biking, and gardening. (Oh, my back hurts just thinking about those things!)

I will be adding a new class to my rotation as of July 8th. This “experienced beginner” yoga class will take place on Mondays at 4:30 in Mequon at Strive Yoga. Here, we’ll use yoga to improve posture, core strength, and mind/body balance. First class is free and there is always a package deal going on, so if the time works, come join me for these intimate classes.

Special Classes

There are always so many fun things to do the week of the fourth of July! This is great, but can sometimes make us a little crazy. To help us stay grounded, I will host a multi-level flow class up at Strive Yoga at 9am tomorrow, the 4th. Give yourself one hour to yourself before diving into the steady stream of BBQs, painting projects, and travel the weekend surely brings.

Finally, I will have one last yoga for the core class on Thursday, July 11th at Strive Yoga. Just like it sounds, this class focuses on core strength, which means so much more than just achieving six-pack abs. We will hit all the different abdominal muscles and spend some time working on back and hip strength, too. This class is heated, so if you just have to have the sweaty mess, this is the place for you. 🙂

What other classes would you like to see me teach? Other locations?
