Quickie Dill Butter

Ingredients
  

  • One stick unsalted butter 1/2 cup
  • One tsp garlic salt
  • Two tbsp fresh dill chopped

Instructions
 

  • Allow the butter to come to room temperature, or just a touch above. You need to be able to mash it with a fork. Add in the garlic and half of the dill. Mix well.
  • Taste test and decide if you want to add more dill. I like a strong flavor, so I used the full two tablespoons. Depending on your use, you may want to keep it lighter. You can always add more!
