Make a date with your best girlfriends or your fiance to check out the show on Thursday, May 10 from 4 – 9 pm at the Harley-Davidson Museum. Check out our products live and visit with a number of other unique wedding vendors. (And when you are done, have dinner at Motor. Enjoy the Buffalo Cheese Curds…possibly my most favorite appetizer of all time!)
So what exactly does “Indie Wed” mean? Not only is the focus on promoting and supporting small, independent businesses, but also couples with an indie spirit. For some that may mean a full-blown unconventional fete while others may simply want to incorporate handmade items from local artisans. Indie Wed is wedding planning… redefined.
Indie Wed is not just a show but also a market where many of the artists will be selling their wares on the spot. Mark the Occasion Designs will have a few accessories ready to take home, but the fancy stuff will have to be ordered.
