This month was dedicated to more wrist corsages! These things sure are popular. I did a few sets in styles you’ve already seen, but wanted to showcase two. I did this pair of petite beauties for a bride looking to decorate her flower girls. Aren’t these little pearl bracelets so cute?
Another bride wanted three bracelets to match the colors of her bouquet. I love this combination of white, peach, and bright pink. It’s unexpected, but it totally works. How perfectly summery for a Memorial Day weekend wedding!
Just for fun, I created this dress which re-purposed a tank top I’ve had since college and the dress that I wore on my first date with Randy. (Here’s the tutorial it’s loosely based on. It was quite easy, so I plan on creating a lot of these types of dresses this summer!)
The rest of this month was dedicated to behind the scenes work (well, and drinking mai tais on vacation…). We created a new web site, letterhead, and wedding brochure. (Exciting, I know!) I’m also putting together information kits for potential business partners. I may show this in a future post as I think it could be turned into a great welcome box for wedding guests or even an ultra-glam (and let’s be honest, possibly pricey) event invitation. Stay tuned!
