As you’re cleaning out your closets this spring, think of Mark the Occasion Designs as a way to refurbish your favorites. Perhaps it’s time to let the old prom dress go, but it would probably make a great Bright Spot Bouquet. I can weave the beads from a broken bracelet with fabric to create a great necklace. The garbage bag full of tulle from your wedding ceremony decorations could become the perfect base for Princess Wands for all of your nieces!
On the other hand, if you have old materials that don’t have sentimental value, I would still love to hear from you! As you know, I’m trying to use reclaimed materials for my “Everyday Occasions” line. I bet I could turn that very dated skirt into great items for others.
