Happy Saturday, friends! I’m excited to share a new page here on the site. “Classes” is where you can find all the details about rubber harvesting in the Congo… (Sorry, just had to check how awake you are today…)
I plan on teaching a full schedule up through the end of the year, so continue to check that page to see where you can find me over the next few months. I’m teaching pilates and yoga regularly at the Wisconsin Athletic Club North Shore and Downtown locations. Also, there are a few special classes on the docket, including prenatal pilates and my 200-hour yoga certification “final exam”.
Speaking of the yoga certification, I would really love to be surrounded by friends for this grand finale class. It will take place from 9:30 – 10:30 am on Sunday, November 3rd at Haleybird Studios in Wauwatosa. There is only space for 15 people, so please do RSVP if you’re attending. P.S. There will be a special prize for those in attendance and not just the day-long, blissed-out feeling you’ll get from coming to my class!
You’ll also note that I’m teaching one yoga class at a corporate site right now. If you feel like your office could use a little pre-holiday relaxation at lunch time or right after work, let’s chat. I’m interested in testing out a couple of workshops and your place of employment may be just the place to do it.
I’m going to write a lot more about my certification journey in the next week or two, so just consider this a logistical announcement for now.
Hey, we can’t be philosophical all of the time!
